Justice Under Attack: Lessons from Poland

In this lecture, lawyers and founders of the“Free Courts Foundation” (Fundacja Wolne Sądy), a non-governmental organization established to raise awareness on the rule of law crisis in Poland, will discuss how the Polish case can be a warning to other countries and a source of knowledge for lawyers and activists to respond more quickly to assaults on higher courts, media smear campaigns against judges, and political instrumentalization of prosecution services.
