3 year Post Doc in EU law

BLEST, the Bocconi Lab for European Studies invites applications for a 3 YEAR POST DOC position in European Law. The start date will be October 1st, 2022, depending on the candidate’s availability.

The aim of the research is to consider the implications of recent crises such as Covid-19 and the Ukraine war on the process of EU integration. Within this broad research framework the candidate is free to set their own research agenda which will have to be inter-disciplinary in nature. The candidate will be supported by a double mentorship scheme (law and politics or law and economics).

Research tasks: The candidate is expected to actively collaborate with one of the research streams of the Bocconi Lab in European Studies (https://blest.unibocconi.eu/) and play a leading role in contributing to the achievement of the goals of the Lab, and in particular in activities of communication, outreach and engagement. The candidate will be conducting their research with a view to publication in scientific journals, as well as communication of their research findings to a non-academic public in non-scientific outlets.

There are no teaching obligations. Applicants should have excellent research potential and have a Ph.D. degree or expect to receive one by September 1, 2022.
