Luca Rubini

Luca’s research mostly relates to international trade law broadly intended, focusing on both the EU internal market (genesis, evolution, competitiveness and future) and EU external relations (in all its multilateral, preferential and unilateral dimensions). One of the main streams of his research concentrates on the law and policy of public intervention in the economy (in particular subsidies and industrial policy). He is also interested in international dispute settlement and normativity issues.
