The book seeks to make sense of the new economic governance system which the past decade of crises has brought about, and examines various constitutional issues this system raises in terms of competences, normative quality, access to justice or rights protection.
Paul Dermine is référendaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union and Professor of European law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
