Nazlicicek Semercioglu

Nazlicicek is a second year PhD student in International Law and her thesis research focuses on the rights to water, sanitation and environment as well as rights of nature. In particular, she assesses whether the water needs of the environment can be fulfilled under a human rights paradigm or the latter should be endowed with legal rights to be able to compete with humans for adequate water.
