Riccardo Fracchia

Riccardo Fracchia is a third-year Law student with a strong academic interest in European Union law. 

He is interested in the EU financial and institutional framework, particularly the role of the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF). He is currently involved in a project drafting a policy brief on EU Cohesion Policy, with a specific focus on intergenerational fairness
